WEKOM II Granite quarry

The company was established in 1992 as a family business with Polish capital. During the first years of our business activity, we employed 30 staff; at present, the staffing level is 200 employees. Since the beginning our core activity has been the mining and processing of granite from our own deposit. Our main products are roughly split elements, i.e. granite setts and wall stones. Germany used to be the main market for granite stone, yet currently the situation has changed and WEKOM II produces mainly for the domestic market.

PETRA BUD Sp. z o.o.

The company was established in 1995 as a result of WEKOM II's development. During the first years of its business activity, the company employed 10 staff; at present, the staffing level is 50 employees. The Petra Bud company's core activity is the processing of granite into cut elements, i.e. granite kerbs, flagstones, steps and sills. Additionally, the Aggregate Production Plant was established in 2000. Currently, the Petra Bud company has its own granite deposit.
